        We interviewed numerous realtors and decided to go with John from Excite Realty. John was professional, forthcoming, reliable and helpful through out the selling (and moving) process. John sold our house not long after it was listed. It was as easy a process as it could be. We got a good price and were happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend Excite Realty. My husband and I both feel John went above and beyond.

        John Helle was the ultimate in representation...he guided us in what needed attention, how best to show and get the best price for our home. He exceeded all of our expectations professionally and even went out of his way to meet with us after hours when it was convenent for us! I would highly recommend him... not to mention that he does it all for a lot less than others...

        Dont use this realtor or realty company. I was a first home buyer and single from another state and had nothing but dishonesty and was taken for granite. After I moved in, had to pay thousands for problems and issues an honest realtor would have pointed out. Use another company more reliable. Do your homework

      Response to review from Suzette Stravino.We are honest/ respected/dependable realtors in the area - We are not home inspectors. We provide the information that is published on MLS and point out the pro and cons of all properties. As always, we recommend ALL clients to hire a licensed home inspector. Suzette hired a home inspector. It was Suzette's decision to move forward with the purchase based on the inspection report. The Villa was constructed in 1984 ( 38 year old) in which had original plumbing, windows and doors. Based on market, location & price - Suzette choose to move forward with with her decision the purchase the property. Being a first time home buyer and have always rented housing - it can sometimes be frustrating understand the cost of home ownership. We would also like to note the additional services we provided to Suzette at no charge which she did not mentioned in her review. We visited/checking on her Villa and removed unwanted furniture while waiting her move to Florida, painted and repair outdoor area, removed satellite dish from Villa. I am unaware of a realtor that would do these task for a client without any cost to them. We at Excite Realty go over and beyond for our clients.
