        I called to order carry out and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. (And not just on hold, the phone receiver down and I could hear all the employees talking and it wasnt shop talk, they were not busy at all.) I started to drive there since it was a carry out anyways, and I was pulling into the parking lot, I was hung up on. I was upset and expressed it when I went in. There was no accountability, only senile and then they blamed their delivery driver (who left as I was walking in. They also got irritated with me because I was irritated.) So I asked for my money back. A girl came to refund me with an attitude, and couldnt figure it out, so she called for a girl named Samantha for help. Both those girls were very rude. We just got a refund and ordered from another place
