I had bought and sold many homes. This is the first time I felt my realtor was not working for me as my listing agent .I knew when Michelle said to me if I dont go thru with the contract the broker commission may still be charged she was not working for me.

I have delt with realtors in Florida for the past 40 years.I have bought and sold at least 20 properties and Must say that Michelle and her team at Paradise properties are top notch. In my dealings with them they always put me first and you can tell they are not just trying to make a buck like others I have delt with. They are so honest that they are more than happy not to make a deal and will tell you up front if they have even the slightest feeling something is not right.( Not just after a payday), and Their local knowledge is amazing .I would recomend them to anyone who prefers no preasure profesional's willing to go way out of their way for you over some one that just see's you as a dollar sign..

Michelle was super nice and informative. She went out of her way to accommodate my needs/ wants. She never hesitated to answer any questions I had. She made the process as smooth as possible and was very patient. I wouldnt trust anyone else than her and her team!
