Carolyn Pope and her staff assisted us in selecting our health insurance (United HC Advantage Plan) which has proven to be an excellent plan for our needs. I contacted the agency several times recently regarding the contract negotiations between SMH, FPG and United (which could have gone badly for us) Each time I called the staff was professional, courteous and very patient providing all information they had at the time. This story ends well with an agreement in place and no interruption of service but I want to thank the staff for staying on top of this issue and being so accessible to their clients. Excellent service.

Just when I thought it was impossible to find good insurance support, I found Pope insurance. The service was excellent. Everyone in the office was so polite and kind.

So glad I chose Pope Insurance! Today I met with Carolyn and Shari regarding my Medicare supplement and options for additional benefits.
