        DO NOT RENT SPACE HERE. Paid for a spot for almost 3 years. My property was stolen on a Thursday. They never called me to tell me my stuff was stolen. I had to go in and check on my belongings for the manager to say we have been meaning to call you she then proceeds to lie to me about seeing my belongings the day before when in fact they were stolen 2 days prior. When the police arrived to check the security footage, the manager sat on her phone and refused to help. Me and the officers believe this was an inside job.. they are still investigating that. Corporate refused to help also. Will not give me any sort of refund for them losing my items costing several thousands of dollars. You have been warned. Avoid this place at all costs.

        Stay away from Istorage in Florida. Paid near $300/month for a temperature controlled unit, then went to store my belongings and the temp was almost 100 degrees (check their thermostat to verify). On-site manager was no help and the CSR @ the 1800 number could have cared less. I guess they dont care about their customers. Will be searching for a new unit with a different company soon. Would give it negative stars if I could.

        Worst management and employees Ive ever dealt with. Currently in an active lawsuit with them, $1300 worth of extra charges they owe me. They put my credit card on another unit, and on my actual unit. Corporate and this store is doing absolutely nothing. AVOID THIS PLACE AND THE WOMAN NAMED DAWN AT ALL COST.
