Air conditioner went out at 8pm on a Saturday. Told Technician Zach as well as sent him a video of what the outside unit was doing. It was obvious that the compressor was coming on but not the fan. so even I knew it needed a new fan motor. makes sure he tells me it will be $149 to come out which is fine. gets here looks at it and it needs a new fan motor. Then tells me he don't have one on his truck and he will look the following morning for one in the shop. And then it would be another $149 to come back out plus the installation. Not sure what type of company would have a 24hr emergency service and not be equipped to fix anything. I recommend to use extreme caution with this company as you may be the next victim.

Terrific. Tech Jeremiah arrived ontime as promised, very nice, ready to work, asked to see our system. He was competent and did a complete diagnosis after replacing the obviously broken sensor. He said a Capacitor was worn and weak at less than half value and should be replaced. I asked how much he replied part cost only his labor was already in cost of service call. Great, do it. He did not have it and I heard him call and learn another Tech at a job not far had one so he called him and arranged to ge it which was done within half hour. He replaced it, cleaned up and verified all was working great. Buttoned covers and screws and cleaned up. Now our system works great, like new and quietly. We are enjoying it. Terrific ! Great job, service, and results! I highly recommend Abbott Air and Jeremiah.

Weve had the pleasure of working with Abbott Air on two occasions. Our first tech, Drew, came out to our home when our heat/cooling System broke. He changed the thermostat and did a thorough check of our air/cooling system. He was friendly, helpful and stayed well past 5 PM. Our second occasion came when our pool heater stopped working. Our tech, Rob, came out same day we called and diagnosed the problem, ordered our part and had it replaced the following week. He was helpful, friendly and stayed past 5:00 getting the job done. The office staff and techs at Abbott Air are a pleasure to work with.
