        Im grateful for the maintenance staff. One technician came to take care of the broken fence we had when we arrived within a week of placing a work order. Another technician came today to look at the dishwasher and lighting in the bathroom within a week of placing a work order. The technician gave me guidance on how to take care of the dishwasher and even offered to do it himself. Then, I notified him of the lighting and he immediately took care of it. I want to express my gratitude to both gentleman and young lady that came. The only thing I see that can be improved is communication. I felt so bad the young lady and gentleman were waiting outside for me today. I had no idea they were coming today.
