I was purchasing a house. As a first time buyer with no experience, I walked into issues with me contract. The captain there helped me with my situation, spent time read everything in the contract and helped me out with any questions I had. Very helpful and I am very appreciated!

Great for getting wills accomplished. Great for Airmen to seek legal advice, when they get into trouble.

They were quick to help and I was in and out with two different documents within 30 minutes. They answered several unrelated questions and were very cheerful doing so.

Edit: The office responded and asked I remove names, which I'm willing to do for privacy. But my shot in the dark idea of submitting a review to finally get them to respond worked. So do what you will with that information Original: posting a review as a last ditch effort to finally get some answers. My husband submitted a request for a letter that should have been started on July 17th. It is now August 21st, 35 days later. This letter is the last thing we need before we can move to a new home, start a new job, and my son can attend school. But my husband has not spoken to the person who is supposed to be handling the case, Ms. [REDACTED], ONCE. Not a SINGLE TIME. After countless calls and emails we were connected with another person, Ms. [REDACTED]. She helped work out an issue with the emails which was good, but we cannot get a hold of her again as she is never in the office. Neither is our original Ms. [REDACTED]. We have sent email after email to them in hopes they will respond with no luck. We asked the main office if they had a number we could call Ms. [REDACTED] while she's not in the office, but they could not give us that. We were told Ms. [REDACTED] would call us back after lunch one day, but she never did. I have had it. It is ONE letter that needs to be sent to a new employer. It should not take hundreds of phone calls, dozens of emails, and now a stupid google review to get somebody to help! Don't trust this office to help with anything, they're never there nor are they willing to answer emails. I have screenshots of every attempt to call and email this office to prove that they do not answer or help. This ONE letter is so important to our future, and it's awful the way they have brushed us off for over a month now.
