        Eglin has always been my bank and they have always been very helpful- great rates on loans and always plenty of helpful friendly people inside. Service is quick when you go to the bank. Every time I’ve called everyone is very helpful and kind. Only complaint is the mobile app goes out of service a lot but it is a small bank with probably a small IT department.

        If you are military or otherwise may move out of the area: BEWARE!! This bank is impossible to work with from afar and you are far better off going to an online bank (which is what I am doing first thing Monday morning when I can hopefully get ahold of someone to close my account). Their bill pay is run by an outside company who apparently never communicates with the bank except to take your money (I've have to tell them the same thing as the bank every step of the way) and both websites are terrible. There's no way to contact them outside business hours; you can't even send a message for them to read later. I've been being charged for bill pay even though I don't use it *at all* and there is no way to close the bill pay portion of the account online. It's just a horribly inadequate system.
