Utility Billing

It's just horrible online service sucks says one thing but charge another or date has changed.i pay more in water than I do for electric.I would move if I could...prices are expensive and unreal.

Very good customer service, everyone is always so helpful. But the prices for the water is ridiculous! The fees are insane, it's like you can never get caught up. They will never give an extension, for any reason!

Scammy water company. Have an open complaint filed with the Better business bureau and the state of Florida, also have WESH 2 coming out for an interview to find out why this city is charging so much and shutting people's water off without notice.

Avg bill for water 260.00 per month for a family of 3. If you complain they will gaslight you into thinking you have a leak. You prob don’t. Their billing is full of errors and most residents pay 10x their actual consumption. Ask any resident about their water bill in Edgewater. While our neighbors less than a mile away pay 280 for electricity and water, Edgewater residents can expect to pay approx 10x of their actual usage. The water dept knows there are billing errors and don’t care. They don’t want to fix it. Where the money goes? Who knows… Mabye a layer will read this. I have bills going back years and they have two things in common. They is no place to state how much we pay per unit of water, and second is that once an address uses 10k gallons, then that address will be charges 10x the actual bill. If your current reading is 10500 and previous reading was 10100 you would think that you used 400 but no according to dirtwater you used 4000 gallons. I don’t know if their calculator is broken or they just enjoy stealing from the community. Hands down zero stars and people involved should go to prison.
