Beware of this company. Was told maybe approved then they came back and used a bankruptcy against even though that was 2 years ago. On top of that the company lady Laura told me I would get approved with 1st last security which we have and then turn around and deny me to keep the 200 dollar application fee ( 2 adults) beware and stay far away from them. Deceitful and wrong for them to do that. I want my 200 dollars back for applying. Also calls were not returned and whenever I reached out today that's when they denied us.

Would give negative stars if this would let me. We booked a trip in January (for a June vacation) and they waited until APRIL to tell us they had double booked our trip and had to cancel our reservation - with ZERO customer service support offered through their company. We are now left scrambling with probably nowhere to stay on such short notice. So thanks to the irresponsibility and lack of communication by this company, we virtually have no options for our family summer vacation. Not to mention the travel arrangements already made to get down there - as we are unsure if we can get refunds for this. Shame on this company! Be warned! Look elsewhere!
