        So disappointed to show up early for my appointment time only to wait for 30 minutes past my scheduled time before asking how much longer the wait would be. No response, Hunter said hed check. After another 10 minutes, I had to ask again only to be told by Hunter it could be another 30 minutes or more and to just reschedule. REALLY? How rude! Its not easy to take time off during the middle of a work day. I feel like they totally Ghosted me. Really unpleasant experience.

        My family and I have had the pleasure of being a member. We have had to wait to be seen but it was worth the wait, because when we were seen CJ takes the extra time for each person. When we were all there together my appointment didn't last as long but the rest of my family needed more time due to health issues. It's nice to know someone actually listens and advises appropriately. I would like to say Thank you. I'm glad to know that there are health professionals out there that still do this.

        The BEST in the area. Family doctor, esthetics, therapy.. lol (not really a therapist) but she's good enough. Her office is super clean. Her staff is super sweet. She is hands down your girl!!!

        CJ and her entire staff are top notch. CJ listens to your concerns and advocates for you & listens to your concerns. I also appreciate she isnt quick to throw medication at you for a slight elevation in blood work. But when you need a medication, she will go to bat for you with your insurance company. Also, the specialists she recommends are 100% top notch. 10/10 recommend Coastline & CJ!

      Thank you so much for your feedback. It is extremely unusual for us to run behind. As we had our Promo yesterday with our new injector, it was her first day in our facility and was being assisted by our principal injector.This took more time than we had anticipated. We apologize that your experience was anything other than exceptional. We pride ourselves on doing quality work. When a client cannot wait, we will always offer to reschedule and give that client preference, again, as it is unusual for us to run behind. We do apologize and if you ever would like to reschedule please call and we will happily book you.
