I had three estimates for the job that needed to be which included replacing the water main from the meter to the house, and replacing the line inside from the point of entry to the manifold because the old line was damaged. Hebert's price was far lower than the others and there diagnosis of the problem was right on. They scheduled the work within a week, came on time and did the work well. American Home Shield warranty provider.  I guess when they get it wrong they really get it wrong!  4 attempts to repair a running toilet - 4 times (and I told them what was wrong in the first visit)Visit 1: Showed up on a motorcycle - said he ran out of gas.  Mansplained my theory was wrong and it was the water valve pulling water from the tank.  5 minutes after he left it started running again.Visit 2:  Explained to my partner someone replaced the handle at some point to our $1,500 toilet with an after market one, so he made created his own handle.  After he left I tested it, his creation was too long for the inside of the toilet and the flapper now got hung up on his creation.  He told the owner he tested before he left, but pictures speak for themselves.Visit 3:  Called an hour late saying he would be there in 5 minutes.  I told him he was an hour late and we were headed out the door.  He has attitude I was wrong.  Sent him a screen shot of schedule text and he apologized.Pulled manual confirmed my theory of the issue, hired new plumber.
