This was a complete nightmare. I dont even have the words honestly. I have to take Brad to small claims court just to attempt to recover from the financial nightmare Im in after him. The inspector for my building was floored by how much was done out of code. Brad takes shortcuts, isnt honest whatsoever, has no patience, manners or decency, and he preys on his clients. PLEASE BE WARNED. Ive lost thousands and am a small business owner trying to get by after hiring the wrong general contractor who took 5 months just to have me go back and hire other contractors to fix everything. This has been my biggest regret of my career, choosing Brad to do my buildout for my salon. God be with anyone whos ever hired him.
