The employees are very friendly they greet me as soon as I come in the door the new cashier named Aliyah is doing a great job and has great customer service skills

I just left the family dollar store in Eatonville. Customer service was really really poor. No hello welcome to family dollars. I asked for something the lady was not helpful at all she told me where to look for the item that I later found out by asking another employee that they dont carry the item. The young lady looked as if she was high on something moving extremely slow and looking dumb founded. The lead on duty was way in the back no one was watching the store. They have products in the wrong places. I seen something u wanted to purchase for a lower price and they didnt seem to want to deal with it I then put my entire order back and taking my business someplace else. It wasnt about the money but the quality in the customer service. I wouldnt recommend shopping at this location for where u clearly see they do t care about their jobs.
