        I've used these ladies for the last 2 yrs and was really happy with them. But not happy with this new "remote" format. Had my info for almost 3 weeks and have still not filed. Communication has been disappointing.

        They were friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and I got back more than I anticipated with their help last year. I feel extremely blessed to have found someone to work with my complicated situation. They make you feel so comfortable there. Not to mention how cute and comfy their office is! I will go back every year .

      We do apologize for the communication issues Donna, this is our first year without a receptionist and we see that we really do need someone to answer the phones. We are working on it for next year though.
