Detailed Detailing

They did pretty well, but after I left, I noticed things that got missed. But I will keep going to them, as they are very nice & I know they will correct the issue next time when I'm there & I let them know.

Had my truck detailed. Did an excellent job on the inside. Did not appreciate that he was smoking the whole time. Seems kind of counterproductive. Also arrived late. Was supposed to be a four hour full detail for $200. Finished in three hours and I asked if he waxed it because I hadnt seen him wax it. He replied yes. It was clearly not waxed. I sprayed water on it and it didnt bead up. Very nice man but didnt get what I paid for. I even tipped him. Service: Auto detailing

I recommend Mike, he did a wonderful job detailing the inside of my car, very pleasant demeanor, dependable, and quality job performed, very happy with the results

I had a appointment with Michael to detail my car on 0630 on my only day off. I cleaned my car out for him and left it out of my garage the night before. I set my alarm to wake up early on my day off so I could be awake to unlock my vehicle. I even slept with my keys under my bed so I could unlock it for him right away. No show! Nothing. He never came. He never called me to let me know he couldn't make it. My issue is he didn't respect my time. He could have called me the day before or left me a text! I am very disappointed at the lack of professionalism. When I asked him why he didn't let me know he textme that he was " very busy". So.. you cant shoot me a text ot let me know you can't make it? I don't recommend him for lack of consideration of other people time. This is my ONLY day off! I don't understand why he didn't text or let me know he could not make it!
