Reported this store to corporate. They are open til "7:30", but if you come in 15 minutes until close, with them fully staffed and no one waiting, they will buckle under the awful task of sending 4 letter sized envelopes out. And as such refuse service. And when you walk back to get the address to make sure you have it right, you'll find them literally laughing. Sorry I couldn't get here faster around my work schedule. your service sucks.

Convenient, efficient, and friendly Ship Center! Located in Dunedin, on Main Street. The center is very easy to enter and exit onto Main Street, west or east bound. Customer parking is on the west side of the building, entrance to ship center in front. Although there is FedEx signage, in my opinion, the center is a little hard to see on the first visit. So drive slowly and watch for FedEx signs. The shipping area is small, immaculate and well organized. All shipping supplies and forms are available just inside the entrance. The staff associates here are simply amazing! They are incredibly friendly, efficient and professional. In my shipping experience here, my normal time to complete my shipping procedure is approximately 15 minutes, including gathering supplies and filling out shipping information forms. Generally, there is one associate on duty and the customer lines are small. On my last visit, I was third in line to be helped after completing my shipping forms and securing my materials in an envelope. My wait in line to be assisted was approximately 5 minutes. If you require professional, fast and reliable shipping, I highly recommend the FedEx Ship Center!
UPDATE FEBRUARY 26, 2024: Another great experience here. This location is very convenient, efficient and friendly. Associate Lance handled my shipment today. Lance was fantastic, providing the very best customer service. The facilities are always immaculate. Perfect shipping experience!!
