Met Tom online through Zillow. After meeting with Tom I felt confident with his knowledge of the business. We worked together for over a year on three different houses (the first two contracts fell though due to seller issues) The third house had its set of problems but Tom stayed diligent for the 7 months it took to put the deal together. Helping with contractors, returning phone calls (even early on a Sunday) and in the end helping find insurance. I HIGHLY recommend!

We are forever grateful for all the help Tom has given us during our home buying journey, both on our first and our second. We are truly blessed to have met Tom. Tom was there during our first time buying a house. He was very patient as we look at different houses that were within our budget. Tom knew and understood what we were looking for our first house. We looked at so many houses and not once did he rush us to decide on a house. He provided sound advice and would let us know right away of any issues pertaining to the house or neighborhood. Our experience of buying our first home could not have been any better thanks to Tom! We loved our first home, and we loved living there. However, we knew from the very beginning that was our starter home and not our forever home. Three years later, we embarked on another journey with Tom. He helped us sell our house and buy our maybe forever home. Tom helped us time it where we only had weeks in between selling our house and buying the new house. This recent journey was extra challenging since the houses were selling off the market so fast and were not entertaining buyers using VA loans. As soon as we look at the house the next day it was probably already off the market. There was even a time when the house was already on contract before we could even see it. We couldnt have had a better realtor to help us along in this journey. Even through all the challenges, Tom was able to help us get the home that we wanted and needed. As I said in the beginning, we are grateful for having Tom as our realtor. The only thing we regret is that we love our current home so much that it will be a long time until we will need Toms help again. We love working with Tom so it was bittersweet when we finally found our new home. If you have Tom as your realtor then consider yourself lucky for having a wise and kind man like Tom to help you find your new home. If that one day comes that we need to find a new home again, you already know that we will only call Tom. We absolutely love and trust Tom. Thank you again Tom!!

I have known Tom Byrnes for 10 years and he is a first class real estate professional. His knowledge of the real estate market is second to none. I was not only an out of towner but I was making an international purchase as a non-US resident. Tom gave me his full attention and took his time to take me step by step through the Florida property purchase process. I would have been lost but for his expert and professional guidance.
