Florida Water Treatment

Thank you for taking the time to leave this mis-guided review of my company. This review completely blows my mind, so now I will fill in all the voids on what actually happened that you conveniently left out. To begin the reverse osmosis system that the filters were changed on is not a system we installed nor did it come from Florida Water Treatment. You brought this filter system in to our office in Dunedin because you had know idea how to change the filters and could not figure it out on your own. My office manager Hilary spent close to an hour with you and she changed the filters herself for you while you watched and she was extremely patient and answered every single question you had. Normally we change a service call for a technician to come out to the home and change the filters - it is policy not to do this at the office but Hilary made an exception and did not charge you any extra only for the cost of the filters because she felt bad due to your health issues and she thought you were a nice guy (completely wrong on that one). I watched the entire interaction between the two of you and Hilary did absolutely nothing wrong (have multiple cameras in the office and it is posted in six locations that we have video monitoring in place). For you to take a cheap shot and make the comments/accusations you did is plain wrong. We do not sell cheap filters made in China that last 3 months - our filters are high quality and we are proud of the products we sell because of their quality and performance - are they more expensive than the box stores or Amazon, absolutely but they will last 4-5 times longer guaranteed and provide a higher quality of water. You also received the highest level of customer service and had the filters installed for free because you couldn’t figure it out or how to do it on your own (no mention of that in your review). You stated we are what is wrong with corporate America which is comical because we are the exact opposite and have been family owned and operated for 73 years and are as anti-big business as it gets. You my friend are what gives good consumers a bad name - you only see the negative in every situation and go out of your way to try and hurt a solid reputable business that bends over backwards to help their customers. While at our shop you couldn’t of been nicer and never said a word about price or the work that was done - instead you go home and hop on Amazon and ASSUME that you were gouged on price - in case you haven’t figured it out the filters we installed are completely different and a higher grade. Next time do us all a favor and stick to the internet to order your filters and watch a YouTube video on how to change them because you do not deserve a company like Florida Water Treatment if these are the reviews you leave - also our profit margins are no where near what you think they are. Feel free to come back to the our office with your “OVERPRICED FILTERS” and I will be more than happy give you a full refund in person because I would love to meet you - (bring the entire system again so I can remove the filters for you at no charge because we all know you won’t be able to figure it out).
