It took two hours for my pizza and chicken fingers to arrive. Once they finally did come, my food was cold, overcooked and tasteless. The pizza did not have cheese and the toppings included were minimal.
I called to report my concerns and the employee that answered the phone was argumentative and attempted to defend the food, he was surly and denied my request for a refund and then hung up on me.
Another employee returned my call to apologize for the service. They let me know that was the owner that I had spoken with. I am not someone who leaves negative reviews but I was completely shocked at the quality of the food and service I received.

Just called me an an hour after i ordered 1030pm (10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive) and told me they cant find a driver. Wish i knew that an hour ago.

MUST TRY!!
As a local and self proclaimed pizza enthusiast...
I have had loven's pizza since I was a kid at their first location, (1995), and I've never found a pizza place that can make pizza like Loven's does!!!

Bad service ordered delivery took my order and said they wont be able to come despite being in distance they close at 10:30 and it is now 9:30 and would not take my order very bad inconvenience would not recommend
