Was looking to get a jewelry piece repaired after running around all town, and they were able to do it with excellent customer service with a excellent return time and with a smile on their face. Would highly recommend grade people and a great store.

Fantastic work. Managed to get both rings two sizes down with side stones while making the seams virtually invisible in just a weeks time. Price was also far more than just fair, especially compared to other larger jewelry stores locally. Seriously impressive stuff.

Good price, quality work, and fast but the reason I gave 3 stars is because the gentleman running the store was rude. I brought my ring in to be sized down and i told him that its too big and he said with attitude are you sure and it was 2 1/2 sizes too big. it was literally falling off my hand. then i call 2 days later to see if its done, i give him my name and ask if its done and he said again with attitude well first off i need your name because i have absolutely no idea who you are or what you brought me and again i had told him my name. i just didnt like the attitude he had given me.
