      image I have been a customer for a long time, and recently it has felt like I am just there for the agent to make money, and not actually tend to my needs for insurance. Too pushy on trying to add policies to her profile for us, and not helpful or performing due diligence based on questions that we had. We almost lost a lot of money because of this. Sadly, I will be in the market for a new agency when my only remaining policy comes due.
      Update 8Apr2024:
      I have since worked with another agent after talking with the office Director, and we are currently working on a couple of new policies. They were able to address and resolve my concerns and answer questions needed, and the support is appreciated.
