When I moved to Florida 5 years ago they were called Naclerio Insurance. The staff was very helpful and communication was great. They either answered the phone or replied in a timely fashion to calls or emails. After the merger or change of names to Seeman Holtz Insurance I found it harder to get ahold of my agent. Calls go to a customer service agent who then directs you to the agent. In December of 2020 I had tried to get new insurance quote rates. I called in and spoke with David. He stated that we had until Mid January and he would take care of it. After two weeks I never got a quote so I called back in and left voicemails and also emailed David and Kathy. I did not get new quotes or even a response from the company by January 2021. I decided to do the work myself and called multiple companies and switched to State Farm. I called Seeman Holtz on 1/13/21 to cancel my policies. I only needed a new quote for my car insurance for a policy that ended on 1/20/21 but with the lack of communication I also switched my motorcycle and home insurance. The rates were also cheaper for each and they saved me money.
