Great location, location,location!!! Convenient to all the restaurants end shops to downtown Dunedin right on the water. Highly recommend and will go back. Nearby activities: Pool and hot tub Safety: Very safe Walkability: Very walkable to everything Food & drinks: On spot

Got to love a room with a view, but 2?? We had a front access with view of the harbor and restaurant, and a back view access with a more pristine and quiet view of the bay as well. Rooms were nice, just a little older. A few nicks and scratches on various surfaces but the room was clean. Breakfast was great. Lots of options? Late check out was available. Depending on service date, it may not be. They are pet friendly but plan ahead as not all rooms allow pets. Overall a great location right at the harbor. I especially loved walking out in the crisp morning air and smelling the salt of the harbor and ocean. Dont get that anywhere. Location location location Walkability: Around the corner from downtown Dunedin. Leave your car at the hotel and walk just about anywhere. I dont enjoy walking at night but even at 10:00pm it was busy, live music, shops open and energy in a positive way. Food & drinks: Lots of options for food and drink super close. Noteworthy details: Check out the ice cream shop on the corner. If you want a real treat, head over to the Fenway just down the street and see a historic Autograph Hotel that still boasts a hideaway rooftop bar and a lounge bar that are sure to delight.

Stay in July 2023 One of the best hotels during my various road trips. Perfect location next to a small marina and a pier where there is a magnificent sunset. Perfect welcome, upstairs rooms overlooking the marina and the parking lot with a small balcony furnished with a small table with 2 chairs. The room with 2 beds is very large and clean, the little corner with coffee machine, fridge, microwave and sink is a real plus for being able to prepare a small salad. I really liked how the room had the front door facing the water. I stayed 3 nights and the cleaning was done every day and it was really appreciated (which was not the case in all hotels as covid always remains an excuse for not cleaning...) Breakfast is varied with foods to choose from both cold and hot, omelette, bacon.... yogurt, fresh fruit, various breads etc... and possibility of making waffles. The pool was really nice. The staff is great. If I am in the area, I would happily return to Best Western Plus Yacht Harbor Inn. The lessers : At the swimming pool not enough umbrellas, but that's just a small detail.
