Let me start by saying, that I have been a diabetic for 11 years with severe neuropathy issues, I'm 47 years old, and for my age, I was doing badly with my sickness, I got into the program with Dr. Jonathan Spages and let me tell you, my life has changed completely, it has been 4 months now and I'm totally off all the conventional medications including the insulin, this program is the best thing that happens to me, I feel great, and I'm sure that this new lifestyle is the way for healthier life, thank you so much

I started with Dr Spages with my 1st day of protocol #1 beginning on February 29. Reversal Of my diabetes was my primary concern. Of course, since that time Ive lost over 20 pounds. My blood sugar has dropped and now range between 90 to 108. Currently, my diabetic medication is 1/2 the dose it used to be. My overall life continues to improve daily! I have been a patient of Dr Spages for just about 2 months now and I am feeling much better! I will start Protocol 2 the end of next week, but I have already lost weight and inches and my blood sugars are coming into that 85-99 range nicely. I am extremely pleased with him and his entire staff, and have the confidence to say that my decision to become his patient is best thing I have ever done for my health in my life! I only wish Id known about him 20 years ago when my diabetes and thyroid issues first started! It is so nice to work with a doctor who solves the problem rather than just throw more pills or injections at it! I started protocol 1 on January 1st. I had fatty liver, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, low good cholesterol, and diabetes 2 with an A1C of 7.9. I am now on protocol #3. My blood sugar went from high 200's to very low 100's range. I cut my Metformin in half. My fatty liver is reversed and I'm down about 30 pounds. I have more energy than I have had in years. My cholesterol, triglycerides and good cholesterol levels are in normal ranges. My A1C is down to 6.9. I am excited at my progress and look forward to continuing my journey to my new self. I am so thankful that I decided to work with Dr Spages. It was the best decision I've made.
