If youre going to drive reckless maybe dont have your company name all over your truck. Whoever was driving on i4 in a service truck 12/16/22 should be fired. And if they deny it Ill gladly teach them a lesson in lying and upload the dash cam footage. No reason for that level of reckless driving let alone with a dually with steel bed on it. Management should be embarrassed to call them an employee.

My star is not about their service but unfortunately about their management. Very unprofessional with me. I tried to help the gentleman to have his employees communicate when backing someone in the shop my first time there. I thought he was grateful t for the information but today I tried to tell his employees something that could be the cause of my tire failure and before I could say something I was cut off by one guy that thought I was trying to tell him how to do his job. Things got worst from there. Manager came out defending his crew without giving a chance to explain, he accused me of causing trouble 2 times. That first time I tried to give him advice wish now I know now he didnt appreciate. As a manager, he did nothing to understand the situation, never gave an opportunity to explain and treated me with no respect. I hope your reading this. I want to tell you that I dont want you or your employees to loose business or money. All I want is for you to at least, treat others with respect and dont jump into accusations without knowing all the facts. Have a great day.
