If I could put 0 stars I would. They scammed me. They said they did an inspection and any issues were addressed and fixed. They lied. They didn't disclose a dry rotted roof. That's gonna cost over 16k to fix. They tried blaming me for it. Absolutely Ludacris being that I didn't even open the rv until 5 months later and the roof had a tear on the slide roofs that weren't ever opened. Complete scam artists! Disgusting people! Don't ever purchase from here you'll completely regret it! Also, they'll only offer you half of what you paid for it and tag on a price of 30k to trade it in....SAY IT WITH ME PEOPLE, "SCAMMM ARTISTS" THANKS FOR NOTHING CHRIS AND MARK!!! YOU BOTH SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES

Salesman Casey was great. After the sale we had a checklist of items they were to address and then deliver the unit to us. They delivered the unit to us and nothing was done. They came and got the unit and have had it for 7 weeks. Up to 6 weeks we got little or no information on the accomplishments. Week 7 we did get an update. One item left to fix. We asked them when it would be complete and radio silence from the Service Manager or any of the staff. We asked Casey to check on it and I think they told him to stay out it. No response. Going on 8 weeks since the sale. I wished we could cancel the sale! SERVICE should be called LACK of SERVICE.

Buyer beware!!! They sold me a defective used travel trailer with a rotten floor and then told me it was my fault for not catching it during the inspection. I paid $20,000 for it and they offered me $14,000 on trade in. Lol! See you in court!

Went to camping world yesterday 5/1/2024 with $9,000 in cash ready to purchase an RV with a retail price of $13,999 everything was going well until I told them I was on disability at which time the demeanor and attitude changed and I was told multiple times that even though I was still employed by my current job and receiving short term disability that my disability was an issue and they would not work with me.
