It is truly a pleasure to write a review for Frances Luna. I live out of state and my brother passed away after a terrible car accident. I had the responsibility of cleaning out and selling my brother's mobile home in Tampa. Frances helped me every step of the way. She helped me to find people to clean out his home, got it listed in a timely manner and communicated well every step of the way. She made sure I was always aware of interest in the property. When we got a potential buyer she worked with her and the mobile home community to get the customer approved to move in. In a world where so many people do not get back to you or communicate well Frances was so good about both! To top it all off she helped to sell it quickly so we no longer have to make a monthly payment! In fact, we got a little refund from our monthly payment!

This was our first time ever buying a home. The renting market was crazy so we decided to buy. Our agent was Frances Luna. She was there EVERY STEP of the way. The process went pretty quick which was great because we didnt have alot of time! Let me tell you, I couldn't do her job the way we were blowing her up with questions even up until we got the title she was amazing. We thought Buying a house would be fun and exciting but it's actually very scary and can get costly if you're not properly prepared. Frances literally helped us through every freak out and panic attack. She's AMAZING. I definitely recommend asking for her if you're worry warts like we are! She's patient, understanding, and gets the job done!

Great company to do business with. Sales agent was Frances Luna. Frances was right there with me during the entire sale process. Every call I made to her was answered. All questions were answered with confidence. Would definitely recommend using her expertise in the future.
