At A+ Mini Storage, we offer our customers short-term monthly leases, online payment options, individual access codes, as well as tenant insurance for those who want an increased sense of security. After 31 days despite offering to make a 50% total payment and settle the rest in 48hrs, there was no flexibility shown. It would be beneficial if you had worked more cooperatively with me over the phone.
UPDATE: Following the submission of my review and settling my account in full, I received a call from Kamal from customer service. His empathetic and attentive approach was a refreshing experience. He carefully heard my concerns. Thank you
