The team is great to work with and the orders arrive on time. Even more important is that I actually enjoy opening up my orders and inspecting the finished product!

The quality of work was good period. However the turnaround time was absolutely not as promised not only that but the manager of the lab promised a certain time frame failed to deliver and then when he did blamed me for it and refuse to take responsibility.. The owner of the lab refused to make it right with me told me basically that I was a liar and too bad so sad that my customer demanded a refund because his lab absolutely dropped the ball period. The turnaround time is not as promised or the lab manager that sold me on the account flat-out lied to me to get my business and then denied it to the owner of the laugh who stood by his manager.. Either way will never do business with this lab again.. I offered an easy out for everybody which was to make me whole on the refund I had to give because they dropped the ball period. They flat-out refused and basically told me to go pound sand.. Beware of this lab
