        Doral has a very rude demographic but Steven the General Manager is such a genuine dude. He offered us coffee on him due to the wait for the food. His customer focus and Attention to detail for the customer experience was engaging and refreshing thank you again.

        I place my take out order with the app. the order supposed to be picked up by 8:38PM ,by mistake they gave me the wrong order. The I came back to let the Manager but no Manager was available. No apologies was given then finally by 9PM I got my order. VERY DESSAPOINTED WITH CARL'S JR nothing to compare with others fast food restaurants.
