Called to find information after 3 attempts they answered, immediately dismissive of what I was asking, quoting expensive without having facts. It was like I was bothering them. Will never work with this company.

We did not end up buying our Appliances from Florida Design Center, and I wish we did. Lazaro is Amazing!!!, he was still willing to help us with an issue from another store. Make sure to go to Florida Design Center and work with Lazaro.

I appreciate the selection and experience at the Florida design center in Doral. We went looking for appliances and meet with Lazaro Del Pino from Impel America. Extremely knowledgeable and professional took his time to go over selection of appliances brands to help find the perfect package. If you are looking for appliances in South Florida this is your place.
