For a very long time my wife and I had been doing our research to find a sofa that fit our visual aesthetic in our apartment while not sacrificing comfort or budget. She fell in love with the Cloud Sofa. The design consultant Karla, went above and beyond with her customer service. She even created a visual presentation of how the sofa would look in our apartment with all the other furniture pieces we already owned! This was a big purchase for us and we were never pressured into a sale. Our Cloud Sofa was delivered the same week just In time to host our family game night! We will be going to Karla at Modo for our next big purchase of a dining set!

Im so glad I found Modo Furniture when I was trying to find a sofa bed last minute. The service provided by Carla was exceptional and she understood the urgency I had to get the item right away so she made an exception and sold me the floor model which I got with a great discount and the best part is that they were able to deliver the sofa the next day. Im coming back for sure, they had such a great unique collection as well. Thank you Modo, and Carla for your great service!!
