My Lenovo laptop had a broken screen. I gave it to them to be fixed. After 2 months they told me it was ready. But it was not. Because touch screen was not working. I brought it back. It took another month to get it fixed. Later I figured out they shipped it to Lenovo to get it fixed. Do your self a favor and ship your laptop to brands repairs center directly if you don't want to wait 3 months.

Turnaround time with sooner than expected. Customer service was excellent. Loved all the text message updates that I received during the repair. Centrally located. Great experience.
