        I'm furious. I need help with my phone and i , have been a customer for many years. The girl in charge did not speak a single word of English so she called her manager who also did not speak a word of English. She also could not even tell me her name. They hire people who only speak spanish. Why is this? She said in doral people only speak Spanish! I left without being helped.
