How disappointed I am in Ernest Cruz.  This man was my accountant for many years.  I recently got a letter from the IRS about my 2011 tax return.  Now he wants nothing to do with me.When you call this office getting ahold of Ernest Cruz is like trying to get into the Emerald City to reach the Wizard of Oz.  The secretaries will not put him on the phone.  He does not return phone calls.  They do not return phone calls.  I have his email.  He responded once asking me to fax the letter.  I faxed it and called the next day.  The secretary had no clue if he got it and told me he went on vacation and would be back next week.  I called the next week and left a message both at Coral Springs and Miami...no response.  I emailed him  again and he never answered me.This was my accountant for years and I am shocked he does not help you when the IRS questions a tax return he does for you.  I have been dealing with them myself even though I know nothing of taxes which is why I hired a CPA.
