The wife and I did not get the photos we paid for. Very special day and we have no photos to show for it. It has been over 2 months since the photos were taken. We understand things happens sometimes, however weve not got much response about the photos. I will gladly update the review if we ever get the photos, but it doesnt look promising.

Before I put down our deposit I looked into reviews, and there seemed to be plenty more good reviews than bad ones, but now I wish I would have paid more attention to the bad ones! Our photos were taken July 5th and it is currently September 18th and Sabina has still not sent us the photos, and overall has been unresponsive. I messaged her asking about the photos 2 weeks after they had been taken and she told me she sent out an email on July 14th. Well that was not the case, and since then she has not answered any of my texts or emails, and I cant leave a voicemail. It is obvious I am being avoided. My husband sent her an email, but she responded to his email in a timely manner! I am assuming she responded so quickly because she did not recognize his email and thought the email was coming from a new inquiry. She ended up telling him that the file with our photos was corrupted, but that she was working on the problem and planned to have us our photos within the next week? After that we did not hear from her again, and I believe we tried to contact her 2 more times through my husbands email. We still have no photos and I dont believe we are going to get them nor a refund. Please spend the extra money to go somewhere else. I will gladly update my review if we ever get the photos, because everything beforehand was great! This was our first time down to Destin and we were already making plans to come back and book with Sabina again because we were so happy with everything up until we didnt get our photos! We are married with no photos to show, and it is pretty upsetting. They were also taken 2 weeks after my husband got home from being deployed, so they were suppose to be special! I normally dont write reviews I just do not want someone to make the same mistake I did!

Completely ghosted us for 7months, 2 days before our wedding emails asking if we are still good. I replied I wasnt even sure I would hear from her because she hasnt gotten back with me for MONTHS. Long story short we had to reschedule everything because of this couple. Pay the little extra and go to someone else!!

I contacted Sabina for a wedding back in April of this year. My experience started out good. She seemed kind and caring everything was going smooth. A little side note, My fianc and I were planning a destination wedding so about a month after booking I reached out for questions through email she wouldnt respond. So I tried calling no response. I texted trying to get more information since we were coming from out of town. She answered and hung up in my face. Sabina is very rude and unprofessional. If you are looking to book here please RUN and save yourself the trouble. When she finally did respond I asked for a refund for poor communication not allowing me to plan my wedding accordingly. She refused to give my money back and says all these bad reviews were fake. Shes a scammer. Take your hard earned money else where.
