        The onsite staff at the Destin Fl location were AMAZING the units themselves are HORRIBLE. OVERDUE FOR MAJOR RENOVATION. I ended up getting my deposit back and putting my stuff in another facility. I have always been pleased with extra space storage in other areas of the country until now

        Terrible upper management, store front workers are super nice but can only do so much . They have tried to double their rates every other month on me for a whole Ive been a customer for two years with two units and Im finally calling it quits with this company. I was paying 58 $ a month for the smallest unit and 170$ for a bigger one while they Continuously would raise rates right before due dates with out any notice . Unprofessional and outrageous. They changed my 5x10 from 58 to 118 then said oh sense youve complained we can put it down to 92 $ what a joke .

        I was able to locate a storage unit quickly and easily online. I arrived at the Extra storage facility right at closing time. I was greeted by an employee named Cassandra., as we completed my rental agreement, she met me at the unit itself, at this point I realized that the unit I agreed up wasnt going to be able to accommodate the amount of storage I needed. We went back in and got a larger unit. During this whole process she never once made me feel rushed or as if I was keeping her past normal working hours. I was totally impressed at her level of customer service through the process, I would highly recommend this business to anyone that has a storage need.
