Really disappointed with this group as the run our HOA like dictators. Subject the home owners to fees with out even having a vote. Need to have them thrown out of HOA

Its unfortunate that the Hammock Bay HOA will respond here, but not to the community of residents. As another said, they do not keep us informed. The dock was supposed to be completed, pool closed because of no lights, no access to pool area toilets unless you have a key fob, over reach of power, micromanaging, and not following 720. Facebook has the HOA Event Director as the administrator for one of the pages. If she can post about food trucks, then she can post why the social programs arent happening at the Bay Club or explain why everything is no longer only home owner events. Please dont say the HOA doesn't run a page when she does. Now they gave residents a 7 day notice of a fee schedule, for everything you want to change in your yard or exterior home; you must pay - from $25 to change mulch to pine straw to $300 to get a pool. This coming a week after the annual HOA meeting- where nothing was mentioned, which likely would have caused a big ruckus. Seven days! And it was emailed. Official changes and no hard copy? Maybe because it would take more than 7 days? They cannot work with law enforcement over golf carts driving on a multi path or parking vehicles on the street. There are no street signs saying "No Street Parking," or where they tow it to. The past security took pictures of our children lined up. Thats illegal. No bathrooms at the town green where wonderful events happen, and no bathrooms at the Central park green area where there are chairs and a BBQ area. Jay let residents know a Two million dollar home was coming. Maybe he can take the .5% that he gets from each home sold and invest in Absolute CAM Services in Freeport getting better training, because this company is mismanaged and unprofessional.
