Office personnel and service manager very helpful in advice and scheduling. Technicians arrived on time, polite, and called ahead to alert nearby. Technicians knowledgeable and repair work completed timely. Very satisfied with Emerald Bay Plumbing!!

The Best Customer Service Ever!!! My whole house was backed up and sewage was in my tubs and shower, all 3 toilets were back up. The Sweet and Polite Young Lady said that they were booked until the following day but she would put me on waiting list, luckily for me, a spot came open and a Plumber named Nate came out. He went straight to work, I didnt know where my outside line was, but he didnt give up, and he kept on working and was able to knock loose something 70 ft down my line and flushed the pipe. With two teenagers and a three year old, there is no telling. But I can tell you that Emerald Bay Plumbing is the Best!!

From the Young Sweet Lady who answered the phone to the Professional Plumber named Nate who came to my house, I was treated so well by both people. My whole house was backed up (3 bathrooms, toilets, tubs, showers, yes it was bad) but they were GREAT!!! Nate was amazing!!! I am a very Satisfied Customer!!! Thank You Emerald Bay Plumbing!!! Emerald Bay is ALWAYS one of the most responsive companies I've ever worked through. In addition to my personal residence, I manage 3 HOAs and EB always answers the phones and immediately gets me on their schedule. HIGHLY recommend Emerald Bay Plumbing!
