It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Brenda. Ive not had a lender thats been so quick to respond, reach out to our clients, and get the job done quickly, efficiently, and with constant communication. I remember the first time we asked Brenda (we were in a panic) to help with buyers who just had their approval canceled by a big named online lender. No matter how much information this lender asked for, and was provided, was going to make them budge. We reached out to Brenda and she picked the ball up and ran! We were 16 days out from closing date when she acquired this loan and made it happen -on time! And, as if that wasnt enough she even came to the closing! She is definitely our go-to.
