The hotel and location were good, but there was a problem with the beach. The whole front line was occupied by paid chairs so there was virtually no space for kids to dig their "sand pool" near the ocean. They tried to dig it near one of the unoccupied paid chairs but were politely asked by an attendant to stop doing so. So, the guests who are not renting the paid equipment feel like second-class customers. I believe that the hotel should have clearly stated in the description that paying for the chairs is required to get access to the front line. The staff is nice and kind. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is very good, I never stood in line to get my made-to-order omelet. There was a line during the evening reception though. The room doors come to the atrium so it could be quite noisy in the evening and the walls were thin. It's much quieter in a typical "Homewood Suites" hotel, for example. The view from my window was pleasant, please see the photo attached. But some rooms on the other side faced the pool pumps that were not so "tropical" and humming loudly all day.

They have gone to a ticket system for the evening reception. Used to be free drinks, now you only get two per night. The location is close to the beach, but not on it. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay at, but it isn't as good as it could be.

The front desk are very helpful & friendly! For the price we paid I expected the rooms to be much cleanerkinda disappointed... its beautiful dining area...
