Disappointed in the sheets & pillows. They are ready for new linens. My mother would have used the sheets as cleaning rags. Pillows worn out.

Amazing space two queen and a sofa bed we came as a family of 5 and our 2 dogs can't beat the price no cap. Plus it's walking distance from the public beach. The room had nice size refrigerator and microwave Rooms: Pretty big for 3 adults 2 kids & 2 dogs Walkability: minutes to the beach Noteworthy details: Dog friendly

If it wasn't for the service here- it would be a 4 star... but because of service, I absolutely did NOT want to give them MY service. I checked in with the app, 2 hrs before typical check in and we got there about an hour or so before 4p check in, and room was still not ready. Every time I went inside to see if someone at the front desk could help, NO ONE was there. There was 1 lady- Mina I believe- and she was off running errands and doing other things every time people were AT the desk. i wasnt the only one waiting hours for our rooms when check in is at 3, not 5. Absolute insanity. We won't be staying here again. I love hilton, but the service here was complete garbage and never again. And then when I saw the housekeeper cleaning the room we were in, she was cleaning it without a "service cart", she was using a trash bag....like what?! And then she was done cleaning and the hilton app still said my room wasn't available and so did the workers... so we had to wait a total of 4 hours for a room that was clean an hour prior. absolute INSANITY. The worker claimed "it wasn't ready" ...when I saw the housekeeper FINISH...I was staring at here waiting for the adjustment of my digital key. Just know, if you like "serviceable people" you won't get that here. Period. If that doesn't bother you, then get the room. As for me, service is everything and I won't be back. Also, there were maintenance issues with the sink- which then got replaced. There was no shampoo and conditioner in rooms that were refilled- and I told them and they said to pick it up from the front desk myself. I guess they wanted me to do their job for them. Noteworthy details: Hours waiting for check-in, not timely at all. No one works the desk- they are always gone and if there is someone at the desk, its 1 person.
