        Quick responses and not over bearing. Insurance is a competitive business, we all know that. Brad is patient and will research to get you answers, so ask questions. We still ask a lot of questions and if he doesn't get back the same day, he at least lets you know he's working on it. So far he's not been upset if we keep checking back. That's nice. Give a call. He'll not be offended if he doesn't get your business... but it's still worth a shot to find another option.
