My purpose of this review is, hopefully, to help improving RJ client services. During over one and half year investing 50% of my 401k, I had a mix experience:
Advisory for your investment is up to you. If you have a good knowledge of market and its products, you are better off. If you don't, you would not get much help here.
Client services are seen only on advertisements, issuing magazine, and announcing school opening. For client services, YOU NEED TO SERVE YOUR CLIENTS FIRST.
I, as a client, experienced: leaving messages twice, did not get responses,
delays for my requests a few times- the things that get done with a telephone call in 24 hous in other companies, takes weeks at RJ., and sometimes not completely.
promises are rarely kept. And when I asked for something, else happened.
After a few of the disappointing points, I left RJ.
