Worst experience if I can rate them a zero I will .. we wanted to void a item off at the self checkout and she acted like we were not scanning all our items and being rude saying we need to wait and we did then she Smart talked us . Racist in general. Dont recommend going here for a quick run to grab a few items

Went to this dg store on Saturday and I have not met a more friendlier person. At least managing a store. Ms. Greta was so friendly and helpful. Her staff was just as sweet and nice. I'm a couponer and she had no problem with me using my coupons. Thanks Ms. Greta for all your assistance. I wish more dg store managers was like that store. Keep up the good work. Their work was fast and efficient.

Oxana is extremely helpful and exceedingly nice. Whenever I shop here, I'm delighted when I see she is working. Give her a raise!

Consider yourselves forewarned. I am new to Destin, but not Dollar General, which I...typically...love. As I entered store this particular morn, a customer is exiting, & she actually felt need to warn me off the employee she had just encountered! NOT good. Still? I persevered, as I had a list of things to get, & wasn't going to pay the nearby Target's prices, etc. Some items also are exclusive to Dollar General. In first aisle, start grabbing some things, & as I go around the corner? I encounter the man (black/late 30ish or so) the woman had warned me off of; he was opening a box. I brightly smile & said "Good morning" & he just looked at me with...disgust/contempt (?)...& turned & walked away. INexcusable. Full stop. Here's what you do if you hate your job. QUIT. I know of this as I myself have actually QUIT jobs I hate, and gotten a job I don't hate. I hear tell others have done so as well! Don't punish we customers due to your lack of spine/bravery to make positive change in your life. I put items back, and went and spent my money at Walmart instead.
