John F. Greene Attorney at Law

I am 88 years old and was looking for a good lawyer. Mr. Greene was recommended. When I contacted him, he responded immediately and I was very impressed. He was patient and answered my questions with the pros and cons of each so I was able to make my own decisions which is what I wanted. I would highly recommend him.

Would not recommend at all, worst decision of my life choosing him as my attorney! Very unprofessional, uncompassionate, doesnt return emails, doesnt even respond for weeks, works with/for the opposition. Tells you one thing on counter petition & first meeting but then switches up. Asks stupid, fluff, irrelevant questions that doesnt help our case at court. Forces me to sign things to make his job easier by making statements such as do you want nothing? in court. Didnt sit with me in court room, being too friendly with opposing lawyers. Negotiated my rights away without me present. Now in debt, living out my car, being kept from my baby because he screwed me over! Didnt schedule a time to talk before our case. Will be reporting him to the BAR and for malpractice.

Highly recommend. Especially for Federal cases. John was very courteous, professional, up front and honest, gave you respect if you did what he told you to do, and gave you the worst outcome that could happen just so you could be prepared, and also his plan on mitigating it if the worst case scenario happened. He was very knowledgeable about Federal cases and how to navigate the process and what "Good" to do to avoid any problems. Highly, Highly, recommend. He did wonders for me. Well worth the money!

The best attorney, Ill never use anyone else. He definitely went through a lot with me and I appreciate his patience + guidance through my divorce! Very knowledgeable and will most certainly fight for you. With John you cant lose. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

John Greene is like most attorneys . . .a rip-off! I went to him for help following my divorce. Mr. Greene was responsive and helped me out but he charged me $2,000 for one 5 page document that wasn't even required and an estimated 2 hours worth of consultations. I would say he spent a total of 3 hours helping me out and lied to my face about what all the $2K I paid him was supposed to cover. When I asked him for more advice, he asked for an additional $1500. I asked for an itemized list of charges that was included with the $2K I originally paid and he stopped replying to my phone calls and emails. He's a crook just like every other attorney.
