I started using Crosstrax case management system this year and it has made a world a difference with my case work and how much more professional my company looks to my clients. If you are a large or small pi firm you need to look at this software. Also the customer support is 5 star!

The report writing features and the ability to upload video right into CROSStrax. There is a learning curve but the customer support was fantastic and they were always available. By getting CROSStrax, I have been able to streamline the report process and my clients get their product much faster. Also, the investigators love it because they don't have to spend hours writing reports and preparing them, the system does that for you. The GPS alone is amazing and I can now run reports to see how my investigators are doing. There's a learning curve but once you have it, it's the way to go. This software pays for itself with the Internet mining feature. It searches the Internet for you and then creates the report as well!

5 Stars for 5 Reason - 1). CT keeps our cases organized and in order. 2). CT allows for communication between clients and SIG, but also reminds us on what needs to be done. 3). CT has saved Hundreds of hours for our clients. That doesn't always mean less $ in our pocket. NO, it has paid dividends in referrals because we can do cases for less $ than competition. CT also has allowed us to work more efficiently, increasing our overall number of cases, therefore increasing to our bottom line. 4). The best thing about CrossTrax is it makes our company look good. We know right where to look for the answers on a case. We never fumble around. 5). Customer Services. This term is thrown around way too much. Brian and his team have literally added over a dozen of our suggestions.. Or when the time came that there was a problem, Brian and the developers jumped on it immediately. Problem was solved as quick as possible... And, the whole time Brian was communicating with us with estimated time of updates/fixes. A+, and trustworthy as they get! THANK YOU BRIAN!
