PNC Bank

Worst banking service in Destin. Always out of coins. Today I asked for change $55 coins. They asked me for ID and Credit card. Then checked their system for a few minutes.

After visiting my Destin PNC Bank 3 times this week and EVERY time waiting either in line inside for close to 30 minutes & today in drive thru for 30 minutes with just 1 car in front of me I have decided to bank elsewhere!!! Since PNC took over customer service is non-existent & they are always understaffed. I would never recommend this bank - ever!

Unfortunately, I have had to go to this branch 3 times in the last two weeks to make deposits. It has taken more than 30 minutes each time. They only have one person working to service the lobby and the drive throughand she is clueless.

Absolutely wonder service, I went into this branch from out of town. Robin took great care of me, she was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure my issue was resolved!

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I did research for over a week, I cannot be happier with my decision with PNC Bank. Reagan, the branch manager, and Johnny were just amazing. Not my experience Ive had with other banks in the area. I walked out of the bank today wanting to make this review!
